Who we are

What we collect
When you enquire about a project, by phone, WhatsApp, email or through this website, we collect:
- your name and contact details (phone number and email address);
- the address or postcode of the property and details of the work you are planning;
- anything else you choose to send us, such as drawings or photos.
When you press send, the enquiry form saves your answers in our website's database (Google Firebase, stored in London) so that no enquiry is lost, then opens WhatsApp or your email app with the same message. Nothing is saved before you press send. While you fill it in, your answers are kept in your own browser for that session so you don't lose them.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote;
- to plan, carry out and manage the work if you become a client;
- to keep records we are legally required to keep, such as accounts and tax records.
Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing our contract with you, and complying with our legal obligations. We don't sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Only where it is needed for your project, for example with your architect, structural engineer, building control or party wall surveyors, and with the providers of the services we use to communicate and keep records (such as WhatsApp, email and our website hosting). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, under safeguards required by UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that don't lead to a project for up to 12 months. For clients, we keep project records for as long as we need them for the contract, warranties and legal requirements, usually up to seven years after the work is complete.
Cookies and analytics
If you accept analytics cookies in the banner, we use Google Analytics to see how visitors use this website: which pages they view, how they found the site, their type of device and rough location, and which contact buttons they press. It sets cookies whose names start with _ga, which last up to two years. Google Analytics does not store your IP address, and we don't use Google's advertising features.
Google processes this data for us and keeps it for 14 months. It may process it outside the UK, under safeguards required by UK data protection law. Our legal basis is your consent: analytics stays off unless you press Accept, and you can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
The only other information stored in your browser is your cookie choice and the unsent enquiry form described above. Our own staff use a sign-in cookie for the site's admin area; visitors never receive it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Email kristjanagolli@gmail.com or call 07498 621374. If you have a concern about how we use your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
