About the project
The brief
A narrow plot with an old garage block, neighbours on both sides and a design that had just received planning permission. The client needed one contractor to take it from demolition to completion.
What we did
We demolished the garages, installed piled foundations and new drainage, and built the house in masonry with a metal-clad upper floor. Services were designed around an air source heat pump with underfloor heating on both floors.
The result
A four-bedroom family house that fits its street, handed over with building control completion, a structural warranty and all certificates in place.
